Transparent, competitive pricing with no hidden fees
Our Fee Structure
At Premier Realty Group, we believe in transparent pricing. Our management fees are competitive and reflect the comprehensive services we provide. We work hard to maximize your rental income while minimizing your expenses.
Monthly Management Fee
7% of monthly rent collected. There is no charge when your property is vacant and not rented.
Leasing / Placement Fee
One-time fee of 50% of one month's rent for finding and placing a qualified tenant. Includes marketing, showings, screening, and lease execution. We also compensate the agent that procures the new tenant.
Lease Renewal Fee
Premier Realty Group does not charge a lease renewal fee for renewing an existing tenant's lease, including market analysis and lease preparation.
Maintenance Coordination
We coordinate all maintenance at no markup. You pay only the actual invoice from the vendor.
No Hidden Fees
We believe in full transparency. All fees are disclosed upfront in your management agreement.
